By accessing and using CalMeal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of CalMeal for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in CalMeal
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
3. Disclaimer
CalMeal is provided as a tool to help track nutrition and calories. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription plan you select.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store from which you purchased. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CalMeal or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CalMeal, even if CalMeal or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of CalMeal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
